Increase the flexibility of Australia’s most trusted commercial padlock by simply replacing the shackle of any ABUS 83/45 or 83AL/45 with the new Cable Flexible Shackle.
Great for securing items that require a little more flexibility than a rigid shackle.
To suit ABUS 83/45 & 83AL/45 Series padlocks.
Simply remove the shackle from the 83/45 Series padlock via the quick-change shackle tool.
Shackle spring must be removed.
Both locking balls must be used for the cable flex shackle.
Install the cable shackle end (without the red arrow) into the padlock using the quick-change shackle tool.
Re-install the padlock cylinder core.
Cable unlocking side has red arrows indicated on the shackle insert.
To lock key must be turned to open & close, Cable Flex Shackle is NOT snap shut.
Stainless Steel coated flexible cable 1200 mm long 8 mm diameter.
Supplied in individual poly bag.
