HPC IDG-7 Latch Guard
The HPC IDG-7 and IDG-8 latch door guard tie the door stop and the door frame together.
An extended 1 1/16" edge goes down into the wood frame itself to provide more complete security.
This effective barrier prevents any door openings by a knife or celluloid strip.
Many homes, hotels, and motels still have unguarded latch locks in use.
They are easy prey for even an inexperienced burglar and need the protection of a latch lock guard.
These guards are made of 16 gauge cold rolled steel and have a bright nickel plating.
Comes complete with all necessary hardware.
